Redemption information: Please print your ticket voucher and present it at the Customer Service Desk for a General Admission ticket. Your ticket voucher is valid for 3 months after purchase date. All sales are final. COVID-19: All guests ages 12+ must provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19, or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of a scheduled visit in order to enter the Academy. Guests ages 18+ must also provide photo ID.
