This ticket includes timed entry to the Colosseum, and standard entry to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.

Ticket instructions:

1. Your online booking date is for your Big Bus Tour AND your visit to the Colosseum, Roman Forum & Palatine Hill. The time selected is for your chosen entry time to the Colosseum.

2. After booking, please email [email protected] at least 7 days in advance of your Colosseum visit date to reconfirm. Please include:
- Your booking reference
- The lead guest's name
- The names for all other guests included in the booking (and their ages if they are under 18).

3. On the day of your bus tour and visit to the archaeological sites, your ticket must be redeemed with Big Bus Tours staff at the Big Bus Tours Kiosk (located in Piazza Del Colosseo, 4470). This must happen prior to your timed visit to the Colosseum. Present your booking confirmation to our staff at the kiosk, who will redeem your voucher and give you your Colosseum, Roman Forum & Palatine Hill entrance ticket.

4. Enter the Colosseum through the main entrance at the time stated on the entrance ticket given to you by Big Bus Tours staff. You can board the bus at any time during the day from at any Big Bus Tours stop, and visit the Roman Forum & Palatine Hill at any time during the day.

Please note: tickets are not refundable and entry times cannot be modified once booked. Your ticket for the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill is valid for one day and allows only one entrance to the Colosseum and only one entrance to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, but our bus tour is flexible - within the validity period of your ticket, you can hop on at any time during daytime service hours.
