Can I change the date (and time) of my bus tour?
Yes. If you have a ticket that's 'fully flexible' you can change the date (and time) of your bus tour booking without charge. To make the change, please contact us.
If you don't have a 'fully flexible' ticket, we can still change the date of your bus tour, but please be aware that charges may apply.

What can I see and visit in Prague?
Bus stops are conveniently located, so you can hop-on and off the Prague bus tours as you please. Each stop has been selected because it provides access to an attraction or place of interest. You can hop-on and off as many times as you wish, and are of course welcome to stay on board for the entire circuit. Feel free to speak to a Big Bus Tours staff member for any local tips about the city!
Do tours operate daily?
Yes, our bus tours operate daily. In very rare circumstances our service might be curtailed or suspended due to city events or poor weather. Please visit our service information page for up-to-date information about current service.

How do I redeem my ticket?
To redeem your ticket, please present your booking confirmation (printed or on a device) to a uniformed Big Bus Tours staff member at one of our stops. Staff will issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity period of your ticket.
Is there a discount available for groups?

Are child tickets available?
Children may travel on our tours as part of a family ticket, as all children aged 5-15 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 5 may travel free of charge.
Are buses wheelchair accessible?
Our buses are wheelchair accessible on our Red Route and are currently not wheelchair accessible on the Green Route.
I bought a ticket for someone else, but it has my name on it, is this ok?
You're all set! Simply show your voucher(s) to a Big Bus Tours staff member, who will scan the QR code and hand over your Big Bus Tour tickets.
Is food and drink permitted on the bus?
Drinks in closed containers are permitted. Food is not permitted.
Are pets permitted on the bus?
Yes, we welcome your pets on board.
Do I need to specify a date of travel?
Yes – we’ll ask you to select the date you’d like to hop on the bus when you purchase your tickets. If you’re touring with us for more than one day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days, and the date you select at time of booking should be the first day of your tour. Some tours also require you to select a time of travel, to guarantee your seat. If your ticket includes extras, you may also need to book additional dates & times for all elements of your ticket after your purchase is complete. See your booking confirmation email for instructions.
