Ticket Instructions:
Before visiting the museum, please download your entry pass from bigbustours.com/booking-portal. If you do not download your entry pass, please redeem your booking confirmation with a Big Bus Tours staff member before your visit to the museum. On the day of your visit, please present your entry pass (printed or on a device) at the museum ticket window ahead of your booked entry time. Please note: our retail price includes a USD$2 per person transaction fee.

Important Information:
A child ticket is required for visitors ages 7-17. Admission is free for children aged 6 and under. The historical exhibition may not be appropriate for visitors younger than 10 years of age. Adults accompanying younger visitors should exercise discretion before entering. All visitors will be screened by airport-style security. No re-entry is allowed after exiting the building. Photography is permitted for private, non-commercial use only. Large bags, including backpacks, large umbrellas and other items, are subject to mandatory storage in the coat room. The use of cell phones for conversation is prohibited in exhibition spaces and theater. The museum is wheelchair accessible and stroller accessible. Service animals are permitted.
