Stunning Statistics

Each glass capsule weighs about 44,000 lb and features 300 square feet of glass. The wheel rotates on a pair of custom-designed spherical roller bearings, each weighing approximately 19,400 lb. The High Roller is 9 feet taller than the previous record-holder, the 541-foot Singapore Flyer. At night, the wheel is lit by 2000 LED lights which can be adjusted in different compositions for special events.

How It Works

The High Roller travels at one foot per second, and takes about 30 minutes to make one full revolution. The High Roller never stops moving, and guests board and depart capsules as the wheel gently revolves.
