Monthly Social Giveaway Competition - Terms & Conditions:
1. By entering the Monthly Social Giveaway you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. The Giveaway is open to residents worldwide, aged 18 and over, except for employees of Big Bus Tours, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this Competition.
3. To enter the Giveaway you need to like the giveaway social post on Instagram and tag your favourite travel buddy (friend or loved one) in the comments section of the post.
4. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Late, incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted. The Competition closes at 23:59 (BST) on the 6th September 2024.
5. There will be 5 winners who can claim a pair of tickets to any city of their choice. The winners of the giveaway will be drawn at random from all valid entries. The winner will be notified via direct message (DM) from Big Bus Tours official social pages (@BigBusTours). The Promoters’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. If the giveaway tickets have not been claimed within 14 days of being contacted by Big Bus Tours staff, Big Bus Tours reserves the right to pick a replacement winner.
7. The giveaway prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable. There is no cash alternative. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize (or any part thereof) for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original Prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
8. Big Bus Tours complies with the standard procedures laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. Big Bus Tours will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. The information provided will be used in conjunction with Big Bus Tours privacy policy.
9. By entering the social monthly giveaway, the winner agrees to participate in promotional activity and material Big Bus Tours may require.

The Promoters reserve the right to (i) cancel this giveaway, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavors to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.

3. To enter the Competition you must complete the form. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Late, incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted.
5. There will be 1 winner. The Winner of the Competition will be drawn at random from all valid entries. The Winner will be notified via direct message (DM). The Promoters’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Where the prize is an Amazon voucher, it will be sent depending on the local currency of the winner. Where the prize is Big Bus Tour tickets, which will be offered 2x Essential tickets to the city of the winner's choice.
7. To claim the Prize, the Winner will be required to contact Big Bus Tours directly via message with the email address to which they would like to receive the prize. If the Prize has not been claimed within 14 days, Big Bus Tours reserves the right to pick a replacement winner.
