Our hop-on, hop-off bus tours give you the freedom to plan your own itinerary and explore the best of Chicago’s landmarks for as little or as long as you like. Hop off the tour as many times as you like within the validity period of your ticket and simply hop on again when you're ready.
360 Chicago Observation Deck
See Chicago from 1000ft at the top of the John Hancock Center.
This ticket includes entry to the 360 Chicago observation deck, located over 1000ft above Chicago on the 94th floor of the iconic John Hancock Center building. On arrival, you'll enjoy 360° views across the city, explore the Skywalk, visit the elegant Cloud Bar, play with the interactive touchscreens, and perhaps even buy a ticket for the thrilling TILT! Important Information: please show your booking confirmation (printed or on a device) to a Big Bus Tours staff member before you visit 360 Chicago. Entry to 360 Chicago must be made within 30 minutes of the pre-booked time. 360 Chicago is open from 9:00am – 11:00pm daily.

Our Big Loop (Red Route) buses run by each stop every 30 minutes, with 10+ different stops where you can hop on and off the bus. A complete circuit of our Big Red Route takes approximately 2 hours. The first bus departs Stop #1 at 10:00am and the last bus departs at 5.00pm.
